Terms And Conditions

  • The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
  • The prize draw is free to enter. No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
  • You are allowed one entry per person. To enter online, you must complete our membership survey sent via email to the email address that the Craft Bakers Association has on file for you during the Entry Period to be automatically entered into the sweepstakes. An eligible participant can enter the Sweepstakes without completing the survey by printing (in the following order) their work email address, full name, date of birth, company name, street address, city, state, post code, and telephone number on a standard 4″ x 6″ postcard and mailing it in a sealed envelope to The Craft Bakers Association, 21 Baldock St, Ware SG12 9DH, United Kingdom. (“Mail-in Entry”). Mailin Entries must be postmarked within the Entry Period and received within 7 days of the end of the Entry Period to receive one (1) entry into the Prize Drawing
  • The opening date for entries is 11am GMT on 16th. The closing date of the prize draw is 11:59pm GMT on 29th August. Entries received after this time will not be counted or valid.
  • If for any reason a technical interruption, fault or site failure occurs when completing the survey, the Promoter does not take any responsibility an incomplete survey and an incomplete survey will not be considered valid for entry into the prize draw. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any surveys which are not completed due to a technical fault (technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure) of any kind. If you have difficulty entering because of a technical problem with your device please contact chris.wells@adience.com.
  • A winner will be chosen by random draw supervised by an independent person on 1st September (“Draw Date”).
  • Five (5) prizes will be awarded. The five official winners will receive one (1) $100 Amazon Gift Card (the “Prize”), subject to availability and Sponsor’s approval. Approximate retail value of the Prize: $100.
  • The winner will be notified by email (using details provided at entry) before 8th September and must provide an email address to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond to the Promoter within 30 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the Promoter shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
  • The prize will be sent to the winner within 7 days of being notified of their win.
  • The prize for the winner is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is offered.
  • The prize is supplied by Amazon (the “Supplier”). The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond its control makes it necessary to do so.
  • The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into about it.
  • The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners to anyone who emails chris.wells@adience.com or writes to 21 Baldock St, Ware SG12 9DH, United Kingdom (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 4. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter by email at chris.wells@adience.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
  • Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. If a participant breaches these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to that participant.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where necessary.
  • Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors (whether acting in their capacity as such or not) and/or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  • Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy. See also condition 13 with regard to the announcement of winners.
  • The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
