The promoter of this prize draw (“Prize Draw“) is Wolseley UK Limited, whose registered office is at 2 Kingmaker Court, Warwick Technology Park, Warwick, CV34 6DY (“Wolseley“).
Participants in the Prize Draw are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions upon entry. By entering the Prize Draw, Participants agree not to reproduce, modify or publish, in whole or in part, these Conditions or pages of Wolseley’s website without the prior written permission of Wolseley.

This Prize Draw is open to individuals aged 18 and over and who provide their email address after completing the survey in full ahead of the closing date of 11:59 pm GMT on 5^th October (“Participants”). No purchase is necessary to complete the survey.
By entering the Prize Draw, Participants confirm that they are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize they may win.
Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple submissions of the same survey, or from the same person, will not create additional Prize Draw entries. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted, and joint submissions are not allowed.

The Prize Draw will be open to Wolseley customers who will be contacted directly via email.
The closing date for the Prize Draw is the time and date stated in the survey invitation email. Entries received after this time period will not be considered in the Prize Draw.
Submitted surveys without an email address, or with an invalid email address, will not be entered into the Prize Draw.
The Prize Draw is not open to employees or agencies of Wolseley (or its group companies) their family members, or anyone else connected with the survey.
Wolseley accepts no responsibility for entries that are delayed, lost, incomplete, misdirected or, for any technical or other reason, cannot be submitted or entered. Proof of submission of the entry is not proof of Wolseley’s receipt.
Wolseley reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize, to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Five winners will receive a £100 digital Amazon voucher.
The winners will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The draw will be performed by randomised computer process on 11^th October 2023 and will be conducted by Adience.
Wolseley’s use of particular brands as prizes does not imply any affiliation with, or endorsement of, such brands.
The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered.
Wolseley reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal value if circumstances beyond Wolseley’s control make it necessary to do so.
Wolseley accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize.
The prize will be sent to each winner via email from 18^th October 2023. Please allow 14 days from the date of response for delivery.

The winners will be notified by email on 18^th October 2023. If a winner does not respond to Wolseley within 90 days of being notified, then their prize will be forfeited, and Wolseley shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above. Participants are responsible for ensuring that the contact details they provide are up-to-date and accurate.
If a winner rejects their prize, or their entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and Wolseley shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

Wolseley shall use, and take care of, any personal data that Participants supply to it as described in its Privacy Policy, and in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. By entering the Prize Draw, Participants consent for Wolseley to share their data with selected third parties. Participants agree to the collection, retention, usage, and distribution of their personal information to process and contact Participants about their survey responses and Prize Draw entry.
Wolseley reserves the right to publish or make available information that demonstrates a valid award took place for the Prize Draw, such as the surname of each winner. Winners have the right to object to all, or part, of their information being published and made available, by contacting us at: Dataprivacyofficer@wolseley.co.uk. Wolseley must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority (or equivalent regulator) if requested to do so.
Wolseley may also require that winners participate in any reasonable publicity required by Wolseley.

Wolseley and its group companies accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by a Participant as a result of entering this Prize Draw or accepting the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death, and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum amount allowable by law.
If, for any reason, any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the control of Wolseley which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, Wolseley may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries, where required.
The decision of Wolseley in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

Wolseley reserves the right to cancel the Prize Draw or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
